RETURNS:   Please note that we are unable to process refunds or exchanges until we receive your returned goods. Should you wish to return goods, or believe your goods are defective, please email us first at shop@ecowool.com

Our “NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE” policy means that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or change your mind, we will refund the full cost of the goods or exchange them when returned to us within 30 days of receipt and in their original condition and packaging. Postage costs of returning goods are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the customer (unless goods are defective – see below)

*Products described as made to order can only be exchanged or refunded in the unlikely event of their being faulty.
