Our “No Quibble Guarantee”

We stand by the quality of our products, which is why we offer our “No Quibble Guarantee.” If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, we will gladly provide a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

 

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • An administration and handling fee of $35 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the goods are defective (***see below)

 

Returns:

  • We cannot process refunds or exchanges until we receive your returned goods.
