RETURNS: We are accepting returns as normal, but please note that due to the Covid situation, shipping times in NZ and globally are taking longer than usual at present. We are unable to process refunds or exchanges until we receive your returned goods.
Our “NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE” policy means that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or change your mind, we will refund the full cost of the goods or exchange them when returned to us within 30 days of receipt and in their original condition and packaging. Postage costs of returning goods are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the customer (unless goods are defective – see below).
Please note that products described as ‘made to order’ can only be exchanged or refunded in the unlikely event of their being faulty. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear for the lower body.
Our “PEACE OF MIND” Product Warranty covers all goods we sell against defective manufacture or materials for a period of 12 months after purchase. In this instance we would offer a total refund on the cost of the goods and reimburse your return postage costs. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
