The Wool fibres in your Swanndri� create a barrier of air pockets which keep body heat in and the cold out. If you get hot and start sweating (your body's cooling mechanism), moisture is drawn away from you and out through the fabric so you don't feel clammy. It's cool when warm and warm when cool - the natural insulator.
Wool's fibre even has a natural anti-microbial ability to neutralise unpleasant odours. It's very flexible and much more durable than synthetic substances. The simple structure of synthetic fibres can't match sophisticated wool's super adaptability. Outer garment 100 % wool.
